Help shape DueTrail. Get it half-price for life.
We're looking for the first 10 small B2B teams to use DueTrail on their real overdue invoices. Free for 3 months, then €74/month locked in for life — in exchange for honest feedback that shapes the product.
Talk to us first — no commitment, cancel anytime.
First, what you're getting
DueTrail turns overdue invoices into managed collection cases. Import a CSV from any accounting tool and every case starts paused — nothing emails your customers until your team approves it. Then send reviewable reminders, track promises to pay through a customer portal, and see the full history of every case in one timeline.
It's pure software — not a debt-collection agency, no lending — built for small B2B service teams. One flat price, no per-seat fees.

What founding customers get
A genuinely good deal for taking a chance on us early — and for telling us the truth about what works and what doesn't.
3 months free
Full access to the live plan — automated reminders, the customer portal, the works — free for your first three months. Long enough to run a real collection cycle and see invoices get paid.
€74/month, locked for life
After the free period, keep the full plan at €74/month — half the standard €149 — for as long as you stay. The founding rate never goes up.
A direct line to us
You'll talk to the founder, not a ticket queue. Tell us what's missing and it goes straight onto the roadmap. In return, all we ask is honest feedback — and a review if DueTrail earns it.
Who we're looking for
The founding offer is for the teams DueTrail is built for — so the feedback shapes it in the right direction.
Founding customer questions
The deal, the commitment, and the fine print.
What exactly is the founding-customer offer?
Three months free on the full live plan, then €74/month — half the standard €149 — locked in for as long as you stay a customer. It's limited to the first 10 teams, in exchange for using DueTrail on your real invoices and giving us honest feedback (and a review if it earns one).
What happens after the 3 free months?
You continue at the founding rate of €74/month, billed monthly, and that rate never increases for you. If DueTrail isn't working out, you cancel — there's no commitment and no penalty. We'll remind you before the free period ends; nothing is charged without you choosing to continue.
What do you want in return?
That you actually use it — import your overdue invoices and run real follow-up — and that you tell us the truth: what's useful, what's missing, what's annoying. A short call every couple of weeks helps a lot. If DueTrail genuinely helps, a public review (e.g. on G2) is hugely appreciated, but it's never a condition of the price.
Is it really free to start? Do I need a card?
Yes, free to start, and no card needed up front. You can also explore Review Mode — where nothing is sent to your customers until you approve it — completely free, with or without the founding deal.
How do I claim a spot?
Email us a few quick details about your team and how you invoice, and we'll set you up. Spots are limited to keep the feedback loop tight, so earlier is better.
Ten spots. Half-price for life. Real influence on the product.
If that sounds like a fair trade for being early, let's talk.
