Terms
Terms of Service
These terms describe the scope of the product, responsibilities around live sending, billing expectations, and acceptable use.
Service scope
These Terms govern your use of DueTrail, a software service provided by Dmytro Yalanskyi, an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine. DueTrail imports invoice data, reviews collection cases, sends payment reminders, and tracks customer promise-to-pay responses. The service is intended for businesses, not personal consumer use.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service, your reminder templates, and your uploaded contact data comply with applicable law and your customer obligations.
Accounts and workspace ownership
You must provide accurate account information and keep access credentials secure. The person or business that creates the workspace is responsible for controlling who can access the account.
Owners and admins are responsible for teammate access, billing actions, and organisational settings that affect live sending.
Review mode and live sending
New workspaces begin in review mode. Review mode allows setup and testing, but live reminder sending and other paid live actions remain blocked until activation.
Once live sending is enabled, you are responsible for the data you imported, the recipients you selected, and the content you approve for delivery.
Billing, renewals, and cancellation
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the merchant of record, handles tax collection globally, and issues invoices to customers. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Billing intervals, taxes, and final checkout amounts are shown before purchase.
Customers manage plan changes, payment methods, and cancellation requests through the Paddle-hosted billing flow. Unless required otherwise by law, cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid term.
Acceptable use
You may not use DueTrail to send unlawful messages, impersonate another business, upload data you do not have rights to process, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another customer workspace.
We may suspend access if use creates security risk, non-payment risk, abuse, or a material risk to the service or other customers.
Availability and liability
DueTrail aims to provide a reliable service, but the product is offered on an as-available basis and may change over time. Scheduled maintenance, provider outages, and third-party failures can affect availability.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, indirect and consequential damages are excluded. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
