DueTrail offers a free review mode so you can evaluate the product before paying. This policy covers what happens when you cancel or request a refund.
Free review mode
DueTrail offers a free review mode that lets you create a workspace, import invoices, customise templates, and explore the product before committing to a paid plan.
No payment is required during review mode. You can evaluate the product fully before upgrading.
Paid subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the merchant of record and appears on customer invoices and card statements. Paddle also handles tax collection globally.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your workspace settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
After cancellation, your workspace remains accessible in read-only mode until the end of the paid term. No further charges will be made.
Refund policy
Because the product offers a free review mode with no time limit, refunds are generally not provided for paid subscriptions.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service during a billing period, contact support within 14 days. We will review the request and may issue a pro-rata credit or refund at our discretion.

Annual plan early termination
Annual subscriptions cannot be refunded for the remaining term after cancellation. Access continues through the end of the paid year.
If you have specific circumstances requiring early termination, contact support and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
