When do I pay?
You can create a workspace, import a CSV, and review cases in free review mode. Billing starts only when you try to send live reminders or enable automation.
What is included?
Starter and Team both include your workspace, unlimited users, invoice imports, reminder scheduling, customer portal access, and case history. Starter covers up to 75 active cases at a time; Team is unlimited and adds priority support.
What counts as an active case?
An active case is an overdue invoice you're currently chasing — open in your queue, not yet paid or closed. Paid and closed cases never count against the Starter allowance.
What happens if I outgrow Starter?
Nothing breaks mid-chase. If your workspace regularly holds more than 75 open cases, we'll ask you to move to Team — switching takes two clicks from the billing page and applies immediately.
How does annual billing work?
The annual plan gives you the same product as monthly billing with a lower effective monthly price and one invoice for the year.
How do cancellations work?
Customers manage payment methods and cancellations through the hosted billing portal. Access stays readable through the end of the paid term.
How are taxes handled?
Checkout shows the final tax treatment before payment so the billed total is clear before you confirm.
